Aveanna Healthcare in North Chesterfield, VA is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality care to new patients in home settings. Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM; option for full-time, part-time or PRN depending on availability.

Qualifications
- Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state you will practice.
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
- TB skin test in the last 12 months.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to patient homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home nursing care for new patients.
- Support patients with acuity needs (gtube, trach, vent) as required.
- Collaborate with clinical team and family to ensure safe care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic records.
