Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have current LPN license in New Jersey and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Provide compassionate private duty nursing to adult and/or pediatric clients.
- Demonstrate strong documentation and charting skills.
- Willingness to travel to client homes and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
- Follow doctors' orders and properly document care plans and interventions.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations for each visit.
