Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes. You will work under an RN, administer medications, educate families, and document visits with an EMR system. The role supports pediatric and/or adult patients with complex medical needs.

Qualifications

Active LPN license
CPR certification
One year nursing experience preferred
