Eligible candidates hold an accredited LPN program and a current LPN license in Tennessee, with a valid CPR certification and TB test on file. The role offers medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within the state of practice
• Must have a negative 2-step TB test within the last 12 months of the hire date
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
