Maxim Healthcare in Hebron, OH is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for a young adult client in the Frazeysburg, OH area on the DAY SHIFT. Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $29.

Responsibilities include assessing and delivering prescribed nursing care, documenting patient information, and applying the nursing process to monitor health changes. Active LPN license in the state is required, along with TB/Chest X-Ray and a current BLS card.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in the state where practice is required.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
