Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring STAT LPNs to support high-need clients across Passaic, Hudson, and Bergen counties. You’ll join a top-level nursing team delivering in-home care, with shifts focused on 12-hour blocks and a strong emphasis on safe, compassionate patient support.

Responsibilities include completing initial admissions, ongoing assessments, and documentation while traveling to client homes. Competitive hourly wages reflect training, ongoing cases, and new admissions rates.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certified.
• Willingness to work across market service area (Hudson, Bergen, Passaic County).
• One year of skilled nursing experience.
• Hands-on infant, pediatric, and adult tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
• Commitment to a minimum of two twelve-hour shifts per week.
• Commitment to work one weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and provide 4–6 weeks of skilled nursing care.
• Assess, monitor, and document client conditions and progress.
• Execute and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Provide one-on-one nursing attention and care planning with Clinical Managers.
• Support clients across ages from infants to elderly with varying acuity.
