Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty LPN to join our team in Deer Lodge, TN. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered, 1:1 care in a private duty setting with independent work and team support.

Qualified candidates will hold an LPN/LPT/LVN license, CPR certification, and have 1+ years of nursing or home health experience. Part-time weekend days scheduling is available, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited nursing program with current unrestricted state license.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client care following the plan of care.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians.
