Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for new patient care in Chester, VA. Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility for full-time, part-time, or PRN as needed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on required).
• TB skin test updated within last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home patient care and monitoring per physician orders.
• Document care using electronic tablet in patient homes.
• Coordinate with families and other clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
