Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on); Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• State‑specific requirements (e.g., vaccinations)
• Reliable transportation
