Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a PRN floater role, primarily pediatric patients in Virginia. Join a national leader in homecare delivering compassionate, in-home nursing with flexible scheduling and strong support.

• Document care using the in-home tablet and electronic system.
• Collaborate with clinicians and report changes to supervisors.
• Coordinate care with families and care teams during visits.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
