Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for private duty home health in the North Valley area of New Mexico. You will provide compassionate patient care in patients’ homes, coordinating with clinicians to support positive outcomes.

Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN with day, night, and weekend shifts to fit your availability. Requirements include an active LPN license, current CPR with hands-on component (assistance after hire), a TB test within 12

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
