BAYADA Home Health Care in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty care in clients' homes. The role emphasizes compassion, clinical excellence, and reliable service.

You will travel to nearby client homes on a schedule you choose, document orders, perform assessments, and monitor conditions. Paid training starts day one, with supportive team and flexible shifts (8-, 10-, or 12-hour) and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Qualifications for a private duty [LPN]:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• $30.00-$35.00/Hour
• $35.00-$40.00/Hour Ongoing Weekends
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
