Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate RN to provide one-on-one infusion and private duty home care in Savannah and surrounding areas. You will assess, monitor, and manage IV infusions, PICC/port access, wound care, PEG feeding, and catheter/ostomy care in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in GA or SC.
• PICC/port access experience required.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Manage IV infusions and vascular access devices.
• Wound care and dressing changes using evidence-based practices.
• PEG/G-tube feeding and enteral nutrition management.
• Catheter and ostomy care.
• Promote patient safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
