Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one skilled care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes. You will deliver clinically focused nursing, including assessments, medication administration, ventilator and trach management, wound care, and patient/family education.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, follow individualized care plans, and document in electronic records.

Qualifications

• One-on-one skilled home nursing care.
• Experience in pediatric and adult home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and clinical nursing in patients' homes.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Manage ventilator and trach care and related equipment.
• Provide wound care and wound assessment as directed.
• Educate patients and families, and document in electronic health records.
