Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Private Duty LVN to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes, attending pediatric and adult cases. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and manage ventilator/tracheostomy care as required.

You will educate families, follow individualized care plans, and document patient status while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-first environment.
