Job summary

AdvisaCare is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Spring Lake area to provide one-on-one, private-duty care in clients' homes. You’ll offer hands-on personal care, companionship, and support, helping clients live safely and independently at home.

Roles include 1st shift (7 AM–7 PM) and 3rd shift (7 PM–7 AM), with benefits and weekly pay. CPR certification and valid driver’s license are required, along with reliable transportation and a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within service area.
• Good communication skills; able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care, companionship and support in the client’s home.
• Build a meaningful relationship with the client to improve quality of life.
• Assist with daily activities and monitor safety and well-being.
• Travel to and from client homes within the service area as needed.
