Senior Care Solutions is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for private duty, in-home care in Boca Raton and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes independence, dignity, and quality of life for clients who live at home.

Qualifications

• Active HHA or CNA certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience with private duty, long-term care, or home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Remind clients to take medications as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Document care provided per company guidelines.
