Blackstone Credit and Insurance - Private Credit Strategies seeks a Senior Associate in San Francisco to draft investment memos, model financials, and assess technology investments. You will help structure deals with debt, equity, and co-investments, perform diligence with industry experts, and prepare materials for investment committees.

The role requires strong Excel-based modeling and a robust understanding of finance.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupations.
Experience building and auditing detailed software credit models including integrated financial statements.

Aufgaben

Draft investment memos detailing potential take-privates, investment merits/risks and a financial model.
Model historical financials from filings and prepare business quality pages analyzing risks.
Lead diligence for software investments, coordinating with industry experts and data rooms.
Structure deals with debt and equity, including co-investments or warrants.
Prepare investment committee materials and summarize diligence findings and risks.
