Job summary

Crestline Management, LP is seeking a Sales Analyst to support the Client Partnership Group (CPG) in fundraising for Crestline’s Private Credit platform. The role will involve coordinating investor meetings, maintaining CRM data, conducting market research, and assisting senior team members to reach fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience at an investment management firm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of multitasking.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Experience in CRM and researching market/investor data.
• Interest in credit markets, institutional sales, and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Strategy: coordinate investor meetings and support senior team during calls and meetings.
• CRM Management & Data Integrity: maintain and update investor data in CRM; track opportunities and outreach records.
• Investor & Market Research: analyze asset allocation studies and monitor market trends for targets.
• Project Support: assist with ad-hoc tasks and collaborate to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
