Responsibilities

• Direct lending and private credit financings (incl. acquisition financings).
• Leveraged buyouts and sponsor-backed transactions across the capital stack.
• Growth capital, stressed and distressed financings, liability management work when needed.
• Exposure to financing and restructuring dynamics depending on matters.
