Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Country Club Server to join our private hospitality team. This role offers a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends, with a competitive wage plus an 18% service charge on food and beverage sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working for a restaurant or in a serving position.
• Deep knowledge about wine, liquor, beer, and food service.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time as well as lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members, maintain knowledge of menu and beverages.
• Provide top-quality beverage and food service to members.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining area and keep areas presentable.
• Report issues to management promptly and attend trainings.
• Participate in staff meetings to improve serving knowledge.
