Job summary

Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests receive attentive, friendly service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and private events.

You will work with the Food and Beverage team under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, adhering to Five Star Service standards and uniform guidelines.

Shifts include Tue–Fri 9am–10pm and Sat–Sun 7am–10pm, with holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from members and guests.
• Serve food and beverages to tables.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and guests.
• Ensure proper setup and cleanup of stations.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas throughout shifts.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards and provide a friendly, professional service.
• Promote Army Navy Country Club Five Star Service principles.
