Job summary

Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, TX seeks a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to members and guests. You will take orders, coordinate with kitchen and service team, and ensure the dining room reflects the club’s warm hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in hospitality or restaurants preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a member-and-guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required on first day.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and take orders.
• Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff and runners.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and assist with refills.
• Maintain a clean dining area, set and reset tables, and handle payments securely.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and responsible service standards.
• Support bussers and runners to provide seamless service.
• Reflect the club’s standards of hospitality in every interaction.
