Job summary

Dallas Country Club in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Men’s Locker Room Attendant. You will deliver a polished, member-focused Locker Room experience and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, and a positive, reliable work ethic. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected during golf season.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or locker room environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, polished, and personalised experience for every member and guest using the Locker Room.
• Maintain a clean, organised Locker Room that reflects the standards of Dallas Country Club.
• Anticipate member needs and provide thoughtful, attentive service.
• Build relationships with members and guests through professionalism and a member-first attitude.
• Restock towels, amenities, and other supplies to keep the Locker Room ready for members.
• Identify and communicate maintenance, cleanliness, or service issues to the Locker Room Manager.
