Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Team Member to support operations at The Club Locations in Cave Creek, AZ. You will keep locker rooms clean, polish shoes, manage inventory, and help assign lockers while maintaining accurate records and strong guest service.

Ideal candidates bring passion for service, willingness to learn, and excellent communication and organization skills to deliver superior experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms and stock supplies.
• Clean/polish and re-spike members' shoes.
• Manage locker room and shoe cleaning inventory.
• Assist in assigning lockers to members.
• Maintain member lists and locker records.
• Keep locker keys organized and track usage.
• Collaborate with facility staff to uphold standards.

On the job:

• Maintain Cleanliness throughout the entire locker room including keeping the towels, toiletries and other necessary supplies well stocked
• Clean/Polish and re-spike members shoes
• Manage inventory levels of locker room and shoe cleaning supplies
• Assist in assigning lockers to members
• Manage the member lists including new lockers and cancelled lockers
• Keep locker keys in order and organized
• Maintain accurate records of locker usage and cancellations, locker key inventory and distribution
• Work closely with other facility staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of cleanliness and service
