Job summary

• Active Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate operational requests like account openings, money movement, and trades.
• Build client relationships and support wealth planning and referral management.
• Prepare performance reports through account reviews and relationship management.
• Assist in risk management, including Know Your Customer procedures.
• Ensure compliance with operational forms and documentation.
• Prioritize daily work and meet deadlines while maintaining team culture.
• Support Advisors' book of business.
