Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Texas seeks a Private Client Banker to be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients and other branch customers.

You will manage their full banking relationship, delivering education and advice tailored to their financial needs and helping them grow their balances. You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering exceptional service and building

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by enabling self-service options access 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
