Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Private Client Banker to manage a broad client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial advice. You will deliver and refer suitable products to clients with up to $2M in investable assets, gathering data and maintaining comprehensive client profiles.

You will collaborate with Retail, Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to meet client needs and drive financial wellness, with an emphasis on service quality and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Requires a foundation in client relations and financial services.
• Experience in selling financial products and services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Builds a comprehensive client relationship plan and delivers financial solutions through referrals to appropriate specialists.
• Assesses client data and needs to offer suitable investment, banking, and insurance products.
• Maintains and expands a pipeline of prospects through internal and external centers of influence.
• Ensures compliance with policies, risk controls, and documentation standards.
• Works with branch teammates to acquire and deepen client relationships; participates in team huddles and daily briefings.
