This role is ideal for a mid‑level attorney with 4–8 years of experience in trusts and estates, licensed to practice in New York, who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with strong cross‑selling opportunities and firm support.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Experience drafting a broad range of estate planning documents.
• Experience advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft a broad range of estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives).
• Manage day‑to‑day estate planning needs for individuals and families.
• Advise clients on advanced planning strategies (e.g., GRATs, SLATs, CRATs).
• Assist with estate and trust administration when needed.
