Job summary

EY’s Financial Services Organization (FSO) Tax practice seeks a senior tax professional to lead high-net-worth engagements for privately held clients. You’ll coordinate cross-border and cross-functional teams, manage complex tax matters, and ensure timely delivery of compliance and advisory services within a trusted advisor framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization in the financial services industry.
• CPA, EA or licensed attorney.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and state/local tax.
• Proficient in tax and accounting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and escalate complex tax and client relationship matters to senior management and professionals.
• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting services to meet deadlines.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only in complex situations.
• Review and evaluate staff work for accuracy and compliance.
