Job summary

You will gather and organize information from multiple sources, apply tax knowledge, and assist in preparing client deliverables with accuracy.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing partnership tax returns and related supporting schedules for private clients and privately owned businesses
• Gathering, organizing, and validating tax data from client records, prior returns, and internal sources
• Drafting tax documents, calculations, and workpapers to support filing positions and compliance activities
• Reconciliating account balances and reviewing financial information to identify discrepancies and follow-up items
• Researching tax rules, legislation updates, and filing requirements to support accurate preparation work
• Applying tax compliance and documentation standards across personal income tax, trust tax, and partnership tax matters
• Monitoring deadlines and status updates to support timely completion of recurring tax preparation tasks
• Communicating findings, questions, and needed information to team members and client contacts in a clear manner
