Talnt seeks a Private Client Services Tax Partner to guide high‑net‑worth client relationships and grow the PCS practice. You will advise on tax decisions shaping their businesses, investments, and wealth, with a voice in the practice's future.

You will own key client relationships, lead complex tax planning and compliance for individuals, trusts, estates, and related entities, and collaborate with attorneys, wealth advisors, and family offices to expand services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in public accounting or private client tax.
• Licensed CPA; advanced degrees valued.
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients.
• Proven leadership and client growth track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth clients.
• Develop and expand client relationships and new business.
• Mentor Directors, Managers, and staff; oversee teams.
• Collaborate with attorneys, wealth advisors, and family offices.
• Guide clients through major transactions and liquidity events.
