Job summary

IMA Financial Group, a Midwest-based firm, seeks capable professionals in Wichita to support client service teams, manage renewal processes, and issue insurance documents. This role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and collaborative work within a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to work through projects to completion.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Offices products and other programs.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Processes daily electronic policy and document download.
• Pulls daily notifications from carrier websites.
• Prepares paper documents to be scanned and files attachments within agency management system.
• Issues auto ID cards.
• Actively supports team by participating in miscellaneous projects.
