The candidate will draft complex wills and trusts, oversee estate administration, and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to deliver superior client service. A JD, an LL.M.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Pennsylvania Bar Admission or ability to waive in
• LL.M. and strong tax background required
• 5+ years of substantive law firm experience in estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals
• Demonstrated drafting and estate administration skills, including experience with complex wills and trusts
• Proficiency in preparing client presentations, tax calculations and analysis, and administering estates from probate through closing
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact
• Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment

• Expected annual base salary range of $285,000-$395,000, as determined by experience and market factors
