Responsibilities

• Delivers impeccable client service to clients, prospects, and centers of influence.
• Researches and resolves client queries regarding audits, investment results, fees, and guidelines.
• Executes efficient business operations driving a consistent client/prospect experience.
• Leverages data from internal and external sources to achieve practice sales and service objectives.
• Manages flow of requests ensuring timely completion.
• Builds rapport with internal and external contacts.
• Engages resources to resolve issues and nonstandard requests.
• Attends and participates in client/intermediary meetings as appropriate.
• Works with partners to prepare materials for client presentations, onboard new client accounts, arrange travel and manage expenses.
• Coordinate client meetings and manage calendars.
• Manages practice inbox, resolves inquiries, documents notes, keeps information up to date.
• Responsible for all customized client requests (reporting, trading).
• Organize conversations with CG specialists.
• Responsible for practice's digital footprint (LinkedIn).
