Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of banking experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience with financial products and compliance.
• Experience with KYC-AML.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and account requests; analyze issues.
• Support PCS group for transaction requests and client onboarding.
• Assist with business development and cross-selling.
• Maintain daily customer and risk reports.
• Ensure data integrity and comply with KYC/AML requirements.
