• Act as the main point of contact for Chase Private Client and other Branch clients.
• Manage client banking relationships with an advice-based approach to offer best-fit products and services.
• Partner with Specialists to connect clients with experts for specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options and access to accounts 24/7 to enhance convenience.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
