Responsibilities include supporting Advisors with operational requests, building client relationships, engaging in risk management, and promoting firm services. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Series 7 license within 60 days, along with other relevant securities licenses. Qualifications
A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within a 60 day condition of employment.
If registered after October 1, 2018, must have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam.
A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of starting.
Responsibilities
Support Advisors book of business, including facilitating operational requests.
Build and maintain client relationships through processing requests and resolving issues.
Assist in managing relationship and account reviews, promoting firm services.
Engage in Risk Management including Know Your Customer procedures.
Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements.
Prioritize daily work, track progress, and meet deadlines.
Maintain and foster team culture.
