A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Private Client practice group in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in estate planning and a strong tax-focused trusts and estates practice.
Advise high and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and family offices on complex estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax matters. Engage in sophisticated wealth transfer planning and trust and estate administration. Provide guidance on business succession planning. Advise fiduciaries on complex tax issues.
9+ years of estate planning experience. Licensed to practice law in Illinois. Strong technical tax expertise. Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated private clients.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Licensed attorney in Illinois.
Expertise in trusts and estates practice. Experience with complex tax matters. Strong advisory skills for high net worth clients.
