Qualifications

• 1+ year branch banking or equivalent financial services sales experience.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registration and Life licenses required; licenses to be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations; share the Chase Private Client value with eligible clients.
• Actively manage assigned clients and their banking relationships with an advice-based approach.
• Solicit referrals and develop internal and external sources to acquire new clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and collaborate with the team of experts to address banking needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
