Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker to manage and grow relationships with Chase’s affluent clients within a branch environment. You will deliver hospitality, select banking solutions, and connect clients to tech-enabled services to meet their financial needs.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, adherence to risk and regulatory standards, and the ability to educate clients on digital tools while coordinating with a team of specialists.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation.
• Demonstrated ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and compliant processes.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Actively manage assigned clients and their banking relationships through an advice-based approach to recommend the best products and services.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
