Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients within a branch, managing their banking relationships with an advice-based approach and a focus on growth and referrals.

You will collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs and promote convenient, self-service options for clients around the clock. Strong communication and compliant behavior are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with success in new client acquisition.
• SIE exam and FINRA/Licenses or completion within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
