Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Minnesota seeks a Branch Banking Banker to support Chase Private Client relationships and provide education and advice tailored to clients’ financial needs.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote self-service access, and maintain strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements. A strong customer focus and a commitment to regulatory compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Actively manage banking relationships with an advice-based approach to serve clients’ needs.
• Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized needs.
• Facilitate access to self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Adhere to applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
