Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers within a branch. You will manage complete banking relationships using an advisory approach and work with Specialists to meet clients' specialized needs.

The role emphasizes referrals and proactive relationship building to grow client balances. Candidates should have a proven track record in branch banking or financial services, plus licenses or a plan to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in developing and deepening client relationships
• 1+ year in branch banking or equivalent financial services experience
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7 and state licenses or willingness to obtain within 180 days
• Knowledge of regulatory banking requirements and compliance
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Actively manages banking relationships for Private Client clients with an advice-based approach
• Partner with Specialists to connect clients to experts for complex financial needs
• Promote self-service options to enhance client convenience (24/7 access)
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Solicit referrals and develop internal/external sources to acquire new clients
