Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States seeks a Private Client Banker to manage a select group of affluent clients and other branch customers. You will build lasting relationships and deliver tailored education and advice to suit financial needs.

You will actively solicit referrals, collaborate with specialists, and ensure clients access best-in-class products while meeting regulatory requirements. This role requires flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Required regulatory training including SIE exam; FINRA Series 6/7; state registrations; or must complete within 180 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by enabling self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
