Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States seeks a Private Client Banker for Branch Banking. You will be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationship with a proactive, advice-based approach to grow balances and revenue.

You will acquire new clients by soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources, coordinating with Specialists for complex needs while ensuring 24/7 access to self-service options and strict policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with success in new client acquisition
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63/66 if required) and Life licenses required or to be completed within 180 days
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized needs
• Sets up self-service options to access accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
