Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients in the Branch, managing their banking relationship with an advice-based approach.

You will coordinate with Specialists to address complex needs, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering education and solutions tailored to clients' financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch banking with success in acquiring and maintaining client relationships.
• 1+ year in branch banking or equivalent with revenue growth experience.
• Completion of SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, and state licenses or must complete within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by enabling self-service options 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
