Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Boston seeks an experienced Private Client Banker to manage affluent clients’ banking relationships within the Branch Banking network.

You will acquire new clients, solicit referrals, and coordinate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts who can help with complex financial needs. This role emphasizes convenient access for clients, self-service options, and strict adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
