• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• NMLS registration required (SAFE Act).
• Able to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• High school degree or equivalent

• Manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts
• Sets up self-service options to access accounts 24/7
