KeyBank is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for individuals and small businesses in the Butler, PA area. You will manage client relationships with a plan-based approach, refer investment and insurance products, and collaborate with Retail, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to meet clients' financial goals.

The role requires a sales mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to build a robust referral pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• Experience developing current and new customer relationships with sales goals.
• Foundational knowledge of sales techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients and overcoming objections.
